Hostesses are agreeing to decorate and sponsor a table for 6 people. You may purchase all 6 seats and invite guests, you may reserve seats and sell tickets, or you may have us sell and fill the seats at your table. Each hostess is asked to provide:
Decorations and place settings for 6 including silverware, coffee cups, and glasses, cream & sugar, salt & pepper for your table, and one door prize to give away. For more information and to sign up to host a table, please see Cindy Miller.
Servers are agreeing to help prepare plates, serve dinner, drinks, and desserts, and clean up after the event. You are asked to wear dark pants and a white dress shirt. For more information and sign up please see Charlie Underwood.
As a decorating team member, you are agreeing to work with the team members in charge to plan, obtain needed items, and decorate the fellowship hall as per the theme of the event. You are committing to whatever time is needed to get the job done. This may involve one or two days prior to the event. A few good men are needed for this team. As a food preparation team member, you are agreeing to work with the team member in charge to plan, obtain and prepare the food for the event. You are committing to whatever time is required to get the job done, including the day of the event. For more information and to sign up for this team please see Steve Moon.
Since this is a non-budgeted event this year, we could use help financing this event. The $10 ticket charge will help with expenses, but we will be having a speaker, special music, decorations, and food costs. If you are able and willing to help finance this event please see Lois Taphouse. You may also like to purchase extra tickets and sponsor someone who may not be able to come otherwise. You may do this at the time tickets go on sale.
