Understanding God’s Word and Applying it to life.
10 I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands.  11 I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you. Psalm 119:10-11

We do a relevant systematic study of the Bible to equip students to live by Biblical standards. We have both Middle and High school classes. We use Student Life Bible Study.

Sunday 5:00 pm

Preparing for War
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. John 10:10

We do several studies throughout the year. These studies are designed to take you to the next level in your relationship with Jesus Christ and to allow you to see Him in a way you never have before.
 Wednesday 7:00 pm

Preparing for everyday life
14But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. "Do not fear what they fear; do not be frightened." 15But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, 16keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander. 1 Peter 3:14-16

Looking for an exciting way to spend Wednesday evenings? Each week we get together to experience a night of high energy music, games, drama, multi-media, worship, and straight-forward messages aimed at 6th though 12th grades.

As a ministry, we are dedicated to train students entrusted to us to serve God with all they have and with all they are. Based on 2 Timothy 4:1-8 they need to “be prepared in season (when it’s convenient, welcome) and out of season (when it’s inconvenient, hard, not welcome)”, “correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction”. Paul also tells Timothy in 2 Timothy 3:16 that scripture is to be used “for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

With this in mind, Lead 24/7 is our leadership concept, not just for church, not just for an hour here or an hour there but 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We will be developing our ministry teams based on ministry needs and student passions. We will have one leadership retreat a year and training throughout the year designed for student leaders. This training will stretch them, grow them and teach them how to serve God in a way that He gets the glory and others see Christ in us. For the most part these leaders will be in High School, there may be times when this is not the case but that will be the exception.

Our 2011 Summer MIssion Trip was in Williamsburg, KY  with Friends for Families  for our third year.  We worked with the same schools we as did last year. We also delivered food boxes to families in the community and worked with the food pantry.
